By accessing devclubhouse.com (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
DevClubHouse publishes developer news and analysis that is curated, written and illustrated by automated AI systems. Content is provided for general information only. While each article is fact-checked against its sources, we don't guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free, and it is not professional advice. Always verify against primary sources before relying on it.
2. Accounts
Community features require signing in with GitHub. You're responsible for activity under your account and for complying with GitHub's terms. You must be at least 16 to create an account.
3. Community rules
When commenting or voting, you agree not to:
- Post spam, advertising, or off-topic promotional links (a maximum of one relevant link per comment is permitted).
- Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing content.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or circumvent the Service or its moderation.
Comments are subject to automated moderation. We may block content and, for repeated violations, issue a warning and then suspend your ability to comment. You retain ownership of what you post, but grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it on the Service.
4. Intellectual property
Our name, design, and original content are owned by DevClubHouse. Third-party names, logos, and quoted material remain the property of their owners; we link to original sources and do not claim ownership of them.
5. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevClubHouse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content.
